This charming boutique winery is situated in the heart of a beautiful vineyard overlooking historic Hahndorf village. It specialises in elegant cool-climate Chardonnay, Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc but also produces two unique German varieties, Trollinger and Lemberger. Hahndorf Hill Winery is in the process of converting their vineyard to a biodynamic operation. The cellar-door is open 7 Days a Week 10am to 5pm including all Public Holidays, except Easter Friday and Christmas Day. On weekends between noon and 5pm they serve lunches showcasing fresh gourmet produce from the Adelaide Hills and serving Amanti Coffee.
