Doradillo

Was traditionally a distillation variety, however with the shortage of white wine grapes in the late 1960's and 1970's it was blended with a more aromatic variety such as Gordo to produce cask wine. Production decreased during the 1970's and 1980's with the reduced demand for brandy and fortified wines.
